An uncanny ability...
To consistently send out an update to an agenda after I’ve printed it and started writing notes.
Not to mention attaching a Word doc when a bulleted email would suffice.
One more time?
Me: “I’ve updated Production & Staging.”
My PM: “Was this work done on both production and staging?”
